Establishing a strong connection with your family is a top priority. Communication is essential in aligning our visions and expectations to ensure a successful session - I do this through email so we both have an easy reference to go back and check what was and was not discussed.

Studio FAQ
Choosing your Session Date and Time: Kindly note that I rent a shared studio space and your date will be subject to the schedule of the photographer and studio. Please reach out to schedule your session as early as possible to have more variety in the dates and times available.
Retainer: The non-refundable retainer for studio sessions will be $285 with the balance due 7 days before your scheduled session. The retainer is for the session date, time and location only.
Reschedules: The retainer is not transferable to another date unless we have to reschedule due to photographer's illness. Should your baby feel unwell to being sick or teething, a reschedule fee of $50 will be billed as I have to pay to reschedule with the studio.
Cake Smash Sessions: All cake smash sessions include baby and cake only on a white seamless paper for a timeless and classic loo. There will be NO set design for this session. The cake smash fee is an additional $30 fee. For a more elaborate design, you may bring your own props from home, or an additional props fee may be billed upon written communication and confirmation. This is an additional $130.
Cancellation Policy: Your retainer is non-refundable and covers the session date, time, and location only. Any money paid outside of the retainer fee will be refunded via gift certificate to Little Rae Photography for a future session.
Sick Policy: If you are sick with any of the following, please contact me to reschedule:
A fever of 100.4 degrees or higher (and not using fever-reducing medications)
Vomiting and unable to hold down food or liquids
Diarrhea (only if ‘accidents’ may occur)
Symptoms of respiratory viruses (seasonal allergies are ok)
Gallery Delivery: Your gallery will be delivered fully edited 7-14 business days after your session has been completed.

Are you special needs friendly?
Absolutely! I work in Special Education for LVJUSD with over 20 years in the field through varies organizations such as Exceptional Needs Network where I held a board position, Respite Care, Kaleidoscope (teen and adult daycare), and more! Last year, I became a licensed RBT, but did not renew it for the upcoming year.
Are you dog friendly?
Bring me those pups! Dogs are part of the family and as long as they are in outdoor portraits and are non-aggressive, I welcome them!
Can I bring additional people to my session?
All sessions are for immediate household only. To accommodate multi-family sessions, please book an Extended Family Session. These sessions are priced at $650 and include all images.
